Introduction

In order to allow our clients to focus on their portfolio management activities, Orfival provides the support necessary to allow speedy and trouble-free implementation and use of the GPMS solution. This support takes three main forms:

Operational flexibility

Our clients can choose to:

  • purchase the software and run the system themselves;
  • to deploy an ASP solution hosted by Orfival; or
  • to opt for a hybrid between the two – the managed service.

Help Desk

Orfival clients are based in a number of European countries. Our central Help Desk in Belgium provides support for them over a secured line to ensure confidentiality.

Consultancy Services

Orfival have the know-how and expertise to provide the support needed to ensure a successful implementation:

  • on site project management;
  • implementation assistance to tailor GPMS to the client’s particular requirements; and
  • on site training.
